Pavel Minář

The public often sees IT experts as “people from another planet.” Pavel Minář is not only a Google Workspace expert but above all a person with sound common sense, a feel for communicating with laypeople and professionals alike, and great patience that always comes with a smile. For the team of employees and volunteers at our Endowment Fund for Supporting the Employment of People with Disabilities, Pavel prepared initial consultations and interviews with the managers of individual projects, from which he worked out what we would need and use. After talking with individual team members, he found out where we were floundering and where further analysis was needed to reveal a clear, real need for particular Google apps in our foundation team. After processing all the data and further consultations with my colleagues, Pavel prepared two custom trainings for us. The trainings set off a small earthquake at the fund: the entire foundation switched completely to Google Workspace, which has made our work much simpler and saves us time. Even after our switch to Google Workspace, Pavel is still “by our side.” Although we haven't known each other very long, the whole foundation team sees him as one of us. Pavel Minář handled the migration of the Association of Prefabricated House Suppliers to Google Workspace. He then designed the new solution, including training for the staff concerned, which focused not only on explaining in detail how the new environment works but also covered computer security and pointed out useful tools related to Google Workspace. The data transfer itself went without any problems, and he answered users' questions promptly. Based on this positive experience, we will continue working with Mr. Minář on other projects too.
